I’m a spinner and yarnbender myself, so I thought this video was pretty neat. I tried spinning some fur from a long-haired black cat years ago, but it didn’t come out as nice as the Persian fur. They must have really nice hair.

I don’t see why people are grossed out. After all, wool comes from sheep, angora from bunnies, mohair and cashmere from goats. I’ve heard about people spinning fur from dogs for years. Why not cats?
